SHIPPING PRICES OUTSIDE\u00a0 EU:<\/strong><\/p>

You can place order on our webshop and we will revert with final confirmation regarding freight costs.<\/p>

If you are shopping from a country outside the EU \u2013 for example Norway or Switzerland \u2013 you will not pay Danish VAT<\/strong> on your purchase.
When your order arrives in your country, you are responsible for paying any local VAT, customs duties, or handling fees.
We always ship with the required customs documents to make the process as smooth as possible.<\/p>

Order is not accepted by Encoded before extra freight costs have been accepted and paid by you. The extra costs will have to be transferred to our account on the day of acceptance.<\/p>

Regarding requests for deliveries on a certain day\/hour (private residences) you will have to count on an extra shipping fee. Transfer of fee will have to be done\u00a0prior to shipment. We will inform per email the exact costs for special deliveries.<\/span><\/p>

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS<\/h2><\/div>
1.<\/strong>\u00a0Notify us by email within 30 days of receiving your order, that you want to return something.
2.<\/strong>\u00a0Send your items and the original packaging back to us within 30 days from your notification.
3.<\/strong>\u00a0Fill out the return form, and send it along with the items you want to return.
4.<\/strong>\u00a0The return shipment cost must be paid by you, and is not covered by Encoded
5.<\/strong>\u00a0You will receive your product purchase refund within 10 days after we receive the notification. Freight costs will not be refunded. The refund will not be paid before we have received the items at our warehouse or we have received documentation proving the items have been shipped.

General terms of returning items:<\/b>\u00a0You may change your mind within 30 days of receiving your items. You have to notify us before the 30 days if you want to return your order. Please Contact us on e-mail: lh@encoded.dk if you want to return a product.<\/div>

After you have received the items you ordered, you may carefully examine and try the items with in the period of 30 days, but only in a manner as you would if you examined in a store at our offline resellers. Have the items been used in excess of what is normal in order to examine them, you will be held liable for the decrease in value of the items the use has caused.Where applicable we will give you a full refund of the purchase price, the original shipping charges for the items that you return to us are covered by you. The refund will be paid back to the credit card used to pay for the order within 14 days of receiving the notification. However the refund will not be paid before we have received the items at our warehouse or we have received documentation proving the items have been shipped.<\/p>

The shipping expenses for forwarding and returning an order are not covered by us, and must be paid by you, and return must also be arranged by yourself. .
The items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please make sure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes. Make sure the product\u2019s original packaging is intact. Please keep receipts and tracking numbers as proof of sending the items back.<\/p><\/div>

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS<\/b><\/div>
We want all our customers to receive high quality products. If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing), please contact us at: lh@encoded.dk<\/div>
If you send us an e-mail, please include as many details as possible including your order number as well as some pictures if there is something wrong with one of the products.<\/div>
You are entitled to give notice of defects for a period of 24 months. If something is wrong with the product, your claim should be sent to us as soon as possible from the time that you notice the problem.<\/div>
You can either have a new product sent, a discount or return the product for a refund. This will be decided from case to case. Accordingly, the provisions on defects in the Danish Sales Act apply.<\/div>

If you send back damaged or faulty items please fill out the return form that came with your order. Send it along with the items you wish to return.<\/p>

If your claim is valid we will of course cover your shipping expenses for returning the item to us. Please provide us with documentation for your expenses.<\/p><\/div>

A Force Majeur is in the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events.<\/div>
